Image Map Utilities

Windows

Mapedit by Boutell.Com, Inc. Supports client-side image maps. Evaluation period is 30 days. $15 to register.
CoffeeCup Image Mapper. 14-day evaluation period. $24 to register.
Image Mapper by Sausage Software. 14-day evaluation period. $9.95 to register. Part of the SuperToolz Value Pak ($99.95), but can be downloaded and registered separately.
Map This.A 32-bit freeware image map utility (Windows 3.1 requires Win32s). Supports client-side image maps. It does pretty much everything Mapedit does, except you have to manually insert the USEMAP attribute (USEMAP="#mapname", for instance) in the IMG tag to reference the name of the MAP element.

Visual Imagemapper. $20.

Macintosh

YokMap. Shareware image mapper. $10.
IMM (Image Map Maker). Freeware image mapper.
MapEdit for MacOS X. Image mapper. $15.
