Vintage Automobile Posters are a great way to decorate your room, apartment, or residence in a motor vehicle or transportation theme. The first documented automobile, using a steam engine, was built in France in 1869, but none were put into regular production until Emile Roger in 1888 began producing automobiles using a gas-piston engine under license from Karl Benz. By and large, automobile manufacturing remained a craft with vehicles being produced one at a time much longer in Europe than in America, where Henry Ford's moving assemby line led to the mass-production of cars for the masses, rather than just for the elite. This gallery features fine art and giclee prints of vintage posters by Rene Vincent, Francisco Tamagno, Robert Falcucci, Roger Broders, George Ham, and other various vintage designers.
